20.-21.3.2026 yoga workshop: core & transitions

This workshop is designed to connect to your “center” and use its power for the entire practice, in every asana and transition during the sequence, to find functionality and fluidity in your movements.
Come and join, be ready to discover and have fun!

When you learn to use your core correctly, you stop to “sit on your joints” like the lower back, hips and knees and your practice becomes safer. Once this concept its yours in your yoga practice, trough activation and strengthening, you will transfer its wisdom for every movement in your life starting from walking, running , lifting heavy weights, bending or when you practice your favorite sport. When the core is strong we are less inclined to have injuries.

The workshop is designed for all levels. The workshop will be held in English.

PROGRAM:

SESSION 1: the foundation
Friday 20th of March, 6pm-8pm

In Friday’s practice, we’ll focus on the center of the body and explore how core strength and support carry the entire yoga practice - through every asana and every transition. When the core supports movement intelligently, everything becomes lighter: strength spreads more evenly throughout the body, transitions feel smoother, and effort merges with ease.

We will activate and strengthen the muscles of the core that support the spine, pelvis, and the body’s overall balance and stability. Through guided exercises and asana work, supported by the breath, we’ll explore how the body moves and how the core integrates into that movement.

Kapalabhati (breath of fire) will be used as a tool to awaken energy and enhance body awareness.

As the practice progresses, we will move into a vinyasa-style flow, where the role of the core becomes especially clear in transitions and more complex movements, such as:

  • Transitions between warrior postures

  • Arm balances, such as Crow Pose

  • Preparatory drills and variations for arm balances and inversions (headstand, handstand, pincha)

The heart of this evening is discovering how your body can draw strength from the core and channel it into the whole body and into movement.

Expect strength, presence, and joy!

SESSION 2: Power and flow
Saturday 21st of March, 11am-1pm

In Saturday’s practice, strength and ease come together in a continuous, fluid flow.
Instead of breaking movement down technically, we allow the flow itself to weave everything into a seamless whole.
Expect spaciousness, creativity, and playfulness!

You can look forward to:

  • creative vinyasa flows

  • functional, energizing strength work

  • exploring rhythm, transitions, and movement energy

  • opportunities to challenge yourself - choose the variations that let you enjoy the practice

This session is fun, sweaty, and empowering. It encourages you to trust your body and enjoy movement without overthinking.

It’s less anatomy, more feeling: we focus on discovering what strength feels like when it’s flowing, intuitive, and deeply enjoyable.

After the practice, you will:

  • know how to access strength without tension or gripping

  • understand how to move with joy and effortlessness

Titti Torchia

Titti started practicing yoga when she was seventeen, as therapy for her dance injuries. She was in New York, having an early career as a professional dancer (Martha Graham Dance Company, Elisa Monte) when she understood that yoga was a must, to feel better in her body. Her journey with the yoga practice started then, as she eagerly started to explore all different styles of yoga in NYC: Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Yin, Hatha, Hot and Bikram. Since then she has never stopped practicing, because she realized the power of yoga.

When she came back to Italy, still as a professional dancer, she decided to take the Sivananda Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in the Ashram of Reith in Tyrol, because she wanted to live, practice, and meditate as a real yogi, and as a teacher she wanted to go back to the roots of yoga.

Today Titti really enjoys being a yoga teacher in Italy and internationally (Norway, Finland, Switzwerland). She brings her entire experience both as a dancer and as a yoga student to her classes. She is also the creator of “Yoga for Fighters,” a style of yoga that combines all her knowledge as a yoga teacher and athlete at the Montesacro Boxe Academy in Rome. She directly teaches internationally known kick boxing world champions (Davide Armanini, Alessandro Campagna). She teaches vinyasa and yin, and she is honored to be a Forrest Yoga international ambassador. She also teaches weekly classes online for the firm Joyfuel. Titti honors her love for dance by teaching yoga for the internationally renowned dance company NoGravity. Meditator since the age of twelve, she teaches meditation for the addiction recovery center Agorà in the south of Italy.

Her classes are full of movement, deep breathing and smiles, and her mission is to try to make her students expand to their highest potential, teaching them how to listen to their body and to their own truth.
