We are Fiiliksellä, a studio providing yoga, pilates, strength & core, as well as dance classes. We are a hybrid of group fitness studio, dance school and provider or activities for families. In a nutshell, you can find a bunch of classes and courses under one roof - we are a place where you can relax and pause for a moment, discharge energy and challenge yourself, learn new and enjoy!
You are welcome as you are - we provide a safe and warm place for all kinds of bodies, emotions and situations.

GROUP FITNESS:
All our classes are open for all levels and you can join our classes whenever you want - randomly or regularly, whatever suits to your life and routines! No long memberships, only passes for one class (12 €) or 10-time (90 €). We have a free trial class for one group fitness class: pick a class, sign in and let’s meet up at Fiilis!
You can find over 30 classes of yoga, pilates, dance and strength training in our weekly schedule. You can find our group fitness schedule here.

DANCE COURSES: We provide level-based dance courses in ballet, jazz, street and contemporary dance. Courses start every January and September and always last for 15 classes.
ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES: We provide diverse kinds of courses for pregnancy, moms & babies, dads & babies as well as for toddlers and families. Courses start every six weeks, so it is easy to join us throughout the year, whenever the time is right for you. The courses last for 6 times, price 58 €.
We are an easy and understanding partner in life - we have a flexible substituting system in our courses. If you miss a class in a course, you can always substitute it in any other dance course or group fitness classes.
